We are a friendly little family run company, which was established in 2001. We are based in the Dordogne Perigord in France where we bought an old farm in 1991. We converted the old farm into a two star campsite (for more information please click here) and we restored the nearly ruined old stonehouse house we live in today. Our family team includes Doris (speaks french,english and german), who acts as secretairy and Stefan (speaks french, english, dutch and german), who will accompany you when you visit properties. So no need to worry, whatever language the owner of the property speaks.
For your information: All the prices on our website include the agency fee, which is to be payed by the buyer.. The prices do not include the notary fees (approximately 6 to 8% of the price of the French house above 100,000,- €, more below 100,000).The more expensive the property is, the lower is the percentage of the notary fees.
There is no extra charge for using our service, we get payed from the agency!!!
