We accompany you when you are visiting properties and we translate no matter what language the owner of the house you are interested in speaks.
We translate for you as good as we can, we are no official translaters. All the contracts in France have to be in french language, so if you need an official translated copy we can give you some advice whom to use.
We are based in this region so we can give you a lot of advice how to live in this region, where to shop and whom to use for your work.
We will contact the edf (electric power) for the meter , we will contact france telecom for you and we will contact the people for the watermeter so you do not need to worry, all arrangements will be made by us.
We will present you to the local mayors office when you need any building or planing permission.
